Key Responsibilities:

Job Requirements:

The minimum qualification for this role is 12th Pass and 6 months - 2 years of experience. Familiarity with different sales techniques is a must. Applicants should also have good communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in computer use and the ability to utilize technology effectively are essential.

We are looking for Field Sales Executive to work in Delhi NCR for two of our brands(Original Gangster, Sanatan Sanctuary).

Key Responsibilities

Visit Retail shops, Paan Shops, Pooja stores, and other relevant local-market outlets on a daily basis.

Introduce and onboard retailers for both company brands.

Generate orders and achieve daily, weekly and monthly sales targets.

Build and maintain strong relationships with shop owners and retailers.

Identify new retail outlets and expand the brand's local distribution and market presence.

Ensure proper product visibility, display and merchandising at retail stores.

Explain product features, pricing, margins and schemes to retailers.

Track competitor products, pricing, offers and market activity.

Follow up on outstanding orders and ensure timely replenishment.

Collect regular feedback from retailers regarding products, pricing, demand and competition.

Maintain accurate records of store visits, orders, new outlets, sales and collections.

Coordinate with the internal sales/operations team for order fulfilment and stock availability.

Identify high-potential stores and develop them into regular, high-volume accounts.

What we're looking for

1–3 years of experience in field sales / FMCG / retail / general trade / distribution sales preferred.

Strong communication and negotiation skills.

Comfortable travelling extensively within the assigned local market.

Target-oriented and self-driven.

Good understanding of local retail markets and shopkeeper relationships.

Ability to acquire new retailers and convert them into regular customers.

Basic knowledge of smartphones, WhatsApp and Excel/Google Sheets.

Note:- Having Own Two-wheeler and valid driving licence is Complusory
