PRO / Business Development Associate – Field Sales

Role Overview:

We are looking for an energetic and target-oriented professional responsible for generating quality leads through daily field activities and events and supporting the team in converting leads into walk-ins.

Key Responsibilities:

• Visit daily hotspots such as preschools, supermarkets, residential communities, activity centres, etc. to generate leads.

• Interact with parents and collect relevant lead information.

• Participate in RWA events, apartment activations and local events to generate leads.

• Identify new hotspots and opportunities for lead generation in the assigned area.

• Make follow-up calls to leads when required to drive walk-ins.

• Maintain accurate lead details and update the CRM regularly.

• Coordinate with the sales team for lead follow-ups and closures.

• Achieve daily and monthly lead generation targets.

Candidate Profile

• 0–5 years of work experience in field sales, business development, lead generation or similar roles.

• Good communication and interpersonal skills.

• Comfortable with extensive field work and meeting new people.

• Target-oriented, energetic and self-motivated.

• Basic smartphone/CRM knowledge.

• Quality leads generated

• Minimum daily lead-generation target as per assigned hotspot
