Role Overview:
We need a hardcore Field Sales person who can go to business owners, explain our consulting services (Sales, Operations, HR Transformation) and close clients. This is daily field visiting + client meetings + monthly onboarding target.
Key Responsibilities:
A. Field Sales & Client Meetings
- Daily visit SME business owners / factories / offices in Surat for consulting pitch
- Explain OneWill's services: How we transform business in Sales, Operations, HR
- Do need analysis, understand client pain points
- Give presentation of our model & close deal
- Monthly Target: Onboard new clients for consulting
B. Lead Generation & Follow-up
- Generate leads via references, existing database, cold visiting, LinkedIn, Exibition etc
- Do rigorous follow-up with warm leads - Business owners take time to decide
- Maintain Sales Pipeline & report Tracker daily
- Coordinate with founders for proposal & closing if needed
Must Have:
- 2-5 years in Field Sales - MUST have worked in Business Consulting / Business Coaching / Training / SME Consulting company in Surat
- Should have experience of selling HIGH-TICKET services to Business Owners
- Excellent communication in Gujarati, Hindi, English - Owner-level communication is must.
- Bike or own vechile must - Ready for daily field travel in Surat
- Hunter mindset - Can do cold visits, can handle rejections, can close
