Eligibility Criteria

• Minimum Qualification: 10th Pass

• Age Limit: 18–35 Years

• Must Have: Smartphone & Two-Wheeler

• Valid Driving License Preferred

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct daily field visits to onboard merchants and promote Paytm products

• Meet sales performance targets:

  • 15–20 RVs per day (first 15 days)

  • 10 Store Bookings (first month)

• Educate merchants on product usage and complete KYC & documentation

• Maintain daily visit log and submit reports to the Sales Manager

Salary & Benefits

• Field Sales Executive (FSE):

  • CTC: ₹3,12,000/year

  • In-Hand: ₹22,000/month (based on experience)

• Senior Field Sales Executive (Sr. FSE):

  • CTC: ₹3,72,000/year

  • In-Hand: ₹27,000/month (based on experience)

💰 Salary Cycle: 16th to 15th
