Eligibility Criteria: ● Minimum Education: 10th Pass (Matriculation)

● Age Limit: 18 to 35 years

● Mandatory Requirements: ○ Candidate must own a smartphone ○ Candidate must own a bike (two-wheeler) ○ Valid driving license preferred Job Responsibilities:

● Perform daily field visits to onboard merchants or promote Paytm products/services

● Ensure achievement of targets such as: ○ 15-20 RVs (Retail Visits) daily during the first 15 days ○ 10 SB (Store Bookings) in the first month

● Educate merchants about Paytm services and assist in KYC/documentation

● Maintain a daily log of field visits and performance

● Report regularly to the assigned Sales Manager Salary & Benefits:

● CTC: ₹22,000 – ₹32,000 per month (depending on interview and experience)

● Salary Cycle: 16th to 15th of every month

● Incentives: Based on daily attendance and performance

● Note: Salary and incentives for the first 7 days will be paid in the next salary cycle

● Other Benefits: ○ Provident Fund (PF) ○ Employee State Insurance (ESI) ○ Medical Card ○ Attractive Incentive Structure Important Information (To be shared before hiring):

● Daily attendance is tracked based on field performance

● Variable payout depends on achieving daily RV/SB targets
