Job Summary:
We are looking for a proactive and energetic Field Marketing Executive who will be responsible for promoting our products directly in the field. The candidate will visit apartments, retail outlets, and local areas to create awareness and generate leads.
Key Responsibilities:
Visit apartments, residential communities, and retail outlets for product promotion
Explain product features and benefits to potential customers
Distribute brochures, flyers, and marketing materials
Generate leads and collect customer details
Build and maintain good relationships with customers and shop owners
Conduct on-ground marketing activities and campaigns
Provide regular feedback and reports to the management
Requirements:
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Willingness to travel within the city
Basic understanding of sales and marketing
Positive attitude and self-motivated
Two-wheeler and valid driving license (preferred)
Salary: As per company standards + incentives
Working Days: 6 days a week
