Job Title: Sales Executive – Home Loans (Field Sales)

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Field Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating new business opportunities by meeting customers, promoting our financial products, and achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Generate new sales through field visits, customer references, and lead generation activities.

• Promote and sell Home Loans, Mortgage Loans, Insurance, Mutual Funds, and Credit Cards.

• Identify prospective customers and build a strong sales pipeline.

• Meet builders, real estate agents, corporate offices, and individual customers to generate business.

• Understand customer financial requirements and recommend suitable products.

• Follow up on leads and ensure timely conversion.

• Coordinate with banks, financial institutions, and internal teams for smooth loan processing.

• Maintain customer relationships and provide excellent after-sales service.

• Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to business growth.

• Submit daily field visit reports and sales updates to the reporting manager.

• Ensure compliance with company policies and financial regulations.

Eligibility

• Bachelor's degree in any discipline.

• Freshers with excellent communication skills are welcome to apply.

• Candidates with experience in Banking, NBFC, Financial Services, Insurance, or Home Loan sales will be preferred.

Required Skills

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Strong negotiation and convincing abilities.

• Self-motivated with a target-driven attitude.

• Ability to build and maintain customer relationships.

• Basic knowledge of financial products and banking processes is an added advantage.

Preferred Experience
