Job Title: Field Relationship Manager

PF: ₹3,600

Petrol Allowance: ₹200 per day

Incentives: Up to ₹15,000/month based on performance

Assets: Bike is mandatory

Travel Requirement: Must be able to travel 50–80 km daily

Job Overview:

We are looking for dynamic and result-oriented individuals for the role of Field Relationship

Manager. You will be responsible for visiting customer locations, verifying property details, and

ensuring end-to-end deal closures by interacting with both tenants and property owners.

Key Responsibilities:

● Visit customer locations regularly as per the leads provided by the company.

● Interact and coordinate with both tenants and property owners to finalize rental

agreements.

● Convince and negotiate with both parties to successfully close the deal.

● Verify newly posted properties by cross-checking photos uploaded by owners and

ensuring authenticity.

● Maintain proper documentation and daily visit reports.

● Achieve weekly/monthly targets set by the team.

Eligibility Criteria:

● 6 months to 2 years of experience in a field sales or client-facing role.

● Must have a bike and valid driving license.

● Should be comfortable with field travel up to 80 km per day.

● Immediate joiners preferred (Notice period 0–7 days).
