Key Responsibilities
Visit retail outlets, distributors, wholesalers, and supermarkets within the assigned territory.
Generate new business opportunities and onboard new retail customers.
Promote and sell FMCG products to retailers and distributors.
Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
Ensure product availability and visibility at retail stores.
Collect market intelligence on competitors, pricing, and customer requirements.
Maintain strong relationships with existing customers.
Follow up on payments and outstanding collections when required.
Submit daily sales reports and visit reports to the reporting manager.
Requirements
Minimum qualification: 12th Pass / Graduate.
0–3 years of experience in FMCG sales or field sales preferred.
Freshers with strong communication and sales aptitude are welcome.
Good communication and negotiation skills.
Ability to travel extensively within the assigned territory.
Two-wheeler and a valid driving license preferred.
