Job Title: Field Sales Executive
Experience: 2–3 Years
Location: Pune, Mumbai
Job Description:
We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Field Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, convincing ability, and hands-on experience in field sales.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and visit potential customers to generate new business opportunities.
Demonstrate and promote company products/services to clients.
Maintain good relationships with existing customers to ensure repeat business.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Prepare and submit daily/weekly sales reports to the manager.
Collect customer feedback and share insights to improve sales strategies.
Handle client queries and resolve issues promptly.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
Graduate in any discipline.
1–2 years of experience in field sales or direct sales.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong convincing and negotiation abilities.
Ability to work independently and achieve targets.
Willingness to travel within the assigned area (Pune, Mumbai).
