Field Sales Executive

Job Summary:

NextGen Broadband Pvt Ltd is looking for energetic and target-oriented Field Sales Executives to expand our broadband and IPTV customer base in residential societies, commercial areas, and local markets. The candidate should have good communication skills and the ability to generate new customer leads and close sales independently.

Key Responsibilities:

• Generate new broadband sales through field activities and society visits

• Promote NextGen Broadband Internet, IPTV, OTT, and leased line services

• Meet customers directly and explain plans, offers, and benefits

• Conduct door-to-door marketing and canopy activities

• Coordinate with installation and support teams for smooth customer onboarding

• Maintain daily sales reports and customer follow-ups

• Build strong relationships with RWAs, shopkeepers, builders, and local partners

• Achieve monthly sales targets assigned by the company

Requirements:

• Minimum Qualification: 12th Pass / Graduate Preferred

• Experience in Telecom, ISP, Broadband, or DTH sales preferred

• Good communication and convincing skills

• Must own a smartphone

• Local area knowledge will be an advantage

• Candidate should be confident, presentable, and self-motivated
