Job Description

We are hiring Field Sales Executives to promote and sell NextGen Broadband services in assigned areas. The role involves generating leads, interacting directly with customers, closing sales, and coordinating installations with technical teams.

You will be responsible for expanding our customer base in societies, independent houses, shops, and small offices by explaining broadband plans, offers, and value-added services such as OTT and IPTV.

Key Responsibilities

• Generate new customer leads through field visits, society meetings, and referrals

• Promote FTTH broadband plans and special offers

• Close sales and achieve monthly targets

• Coordinate with installation and support teams for smooth onboarding

• Maintain daily sales reports and customer data

• Build strong relationships with local societies, builders, and shop owners

Requirements

• Experience in field sales (ISP/Telecom preferred)

• Good communication and convincing skills

• Self-motivated and target-driven

• Ability to work on-field and manage local areas

• Two-wheeler preferred
