Field Sales Executive

Job Summary:

We are looking for a dynamic and target-driven Field Sales Executive to execute Below-The-Line (BTL) marketing activities and generate leads through on-ground promotions. The candidate will be responsible for conducting field activations, direct customer engagement, and converting prospects into customers.

🔑 Key Responsibilities:

• Execute BTL marketing activities such as:

  • Canopy setups

  • Roadshows

  • Mall & society activations

  • Kiosk marketing

  • Leaflet distribution

  • Door-to-door campaigns

• Generate leads and convert them into sales.

• Promote company products/services to potential customers in assigned areas.

• Build and maintain strong customer relationships.

• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.

• Collect market feedback and competitor insights.

• Maintain daily activity reports and submit to reporting manager.

• Coordinate with marketing team for campaign planning and execution
