Key Responsibilities

Identify and visit potential merchants to pitch PhonePe Soundbox solutions.

Explain product features, pricing, and benefits to merchants.

Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly Soundbox sales targets.

Ensure proper KYC collection and merchant documentation.

Install and activate Soundbox at merchant locations.

Provide basic training on how to use the Soundbox.

Maintain relationships with existing merchants for upgrades and referrals.

Share daily reports with the team leader/manager.

Handle merchant queries and escalate issues when needed.

Required Skills

Strong communication and negotiation skills.

Basic understanding of digital payments/UPI devices.

Experience in field sales or merchant onboarding (preferred).

Ability to meet targets under deadlines.

Smartphone usage and basic app knowledge.

Eligibility

Qualification: 12th Pass or Graduate

Experience: 0–2 years in sales (Freshers can apply)

Must have: Bike & Smartphone

Age: 18–35 years

Salary & Benefits

Fixed Salary: ₹18000 – ₹21000(depends on region)

Incentives: Attractive monthly incentives based on Soundbox sales

Allowances: Travel allowance (as per company policy)
