Job Description – Business Development Executive (BDE) Company: Google Pay Location: Chennai Position: Business Development Executive (BDE) Salary: ₹25,000 per month + Incentives up to ₹9,000 Joining: Immediate Role Overview We are looking for dynamic and motivated Business Development Executives (BDEs) to join our team for Google Pay. The role involves promoting and managing Google Pay services, including QR Sound Box activation/deactivation and Loan Process support, while building strong merchant relationships. Key Responsibilities Visit merchants/shops to onboard them for Google Pay QR & Sound Box services. Manage activation and deactivation of Sound Boxes based on merchant requirements. Promote and explain Google Pay loan products to merchants/customers. Ensure smooth completion of loan application process and necessary documentation. Achieve daily/weekly/monthly sales and activation targets. Build strong customer and merchant relationships to improve adoption. Provide post-sales support and resolve merchant issues related to QR/Sound Box or loans. Report daily activities and updates to the Team Leader/Manager. Requirements Qualification: Minimum 12th pass / Graduate preferred. Experience: 0 – 2 years in field sales/finance/loan process (Freshers can also apply). Strong communication skills in Tamil & basic English. Must have a bike with valid license for field visits. Target-driven, self-motivated, and customer-focused.
