Sales Partner - Job Description

● Based in Bangalore

● Male candidates with a Bike and DL are preferred

● 1 to 5 years of experience working in Gold Loan Appraising, especially either in

NBFC or Banking Industry.

● Salary + 4K TA + Incentives based on performance

Sales Partners are responsible for converting company-provided customer appointments

into gold loans, generating their own leads, and consistently meeting sales & funnel

conversion targets while earning attractive performance-based incentives.

Responsibilities

● Convert company-assigned customer appointments into gold loans

● Maintain a healthy funnel conversion rate %

● Hunt leads independently through market activity & lead generation

● Meet & exceed daily, weekly, monthly & quarterly sales targets

● Build strong, long-term relationships with customers

● Deliver top-quality service to ensure repeat business

● Drive repeat gold loan business from existing customers

● Maintain accurate records of leads, appointments & conversions

Skills & Requirements

● Languages - Kannada and English are a must. Other languages are an added bonus

● Good communication skills

● Proficiency in usage of Mobile Tech and Applications

● Must have two-wheeler with valid driving license (mandatory)

● Good communication, presentation and retention skills

● A knack for establishing rapport with customers

● Dynamic, persuasive, self-initiator and result-oriented
