Job Title: Field Sales Executive – Agricultural / Farm Land

Location: Ayodhya, Uttar Pradesh
Minimum Experience: 6 Months (Real Estate Preferred)

••Job Summary:

We are looking for a result-oriented Field Sales Executive with minimum 6 months experience in land sales. The candidate must have good knowledge of agricultural land and farmland in Ayodhya and strong connections with local brokers and property dealers.••

Key Responsibilities:

Generate leads for agricultural land and farmland
Build strong relationships with local brokers and property dealers
Conduct site visits with clients
Explain land details (location, road access, registry process, etc.)
Negotiate and close deals
Maintain daily follow-ups and sales reports
Achieve monthly sales targets

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Minimum 6 months experience in land/real estate sales
Good knowledge of Ayodhya agricultural/farm land market
Strong broker & dealer network
Good communication and negotiation skills
Two-wheeler mandatory
Valid driving license mandatory
Target-oriented and self-motivated
