Minimum Qualification: Graduate
Experience Required: 2–3 Years
Industry Preference: Candidates with experience in B2B, B2C, or Education Sales. Experience in the education/training industry as a Sales or Marketing Executive will be an added advantage.
Key Responsibilities
Visit schools, coaching institutes, and other potential partners to generate student admissions through field marketing activities.
Acquire new leads and maintain accurate customer records in the CRM portal.
Promote and explain educational courses, highlighting their features and benefits to prospective students and parents.
Build and maintain relationships through school and coaching institute tie-ups.
Conduct educational seminars and counselling sessions to drive admissions.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales and admission targets.
Maintain strong customer relationships and ensure timely follow-ups.
Desired Skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Fluency in Bengali is mandatory.
Strong field sales, marketing, and counselling abilities.
Self-motivated with a target-oriented approach.
Ability to travel locally for field visits
