Momorita is a rapidly growing frozen food manufacturing company supplying premium frozen momos and other frozen products to distributors, wholesalers, restaurants, cafés, hotels, and retailers.

Job Role

We are looking for a motivated B2B Field Sales Executive to expand our distributor network and increase sales across Bengaluru.

Responsibilities

• Visit frozen food distributors, wholesalers, supermarkets, restaurants, cafés, and hotels.
• Introduce Momorita products and convert prospects into customers.
• Generate new distributor and wholesale orders.
• Build and maintain long-term customer relationships.
• Follow up regularly to increase repeat orders.
• Coordinate with the operations team for order fulfillment.
• Submit daily visit and sales reports.

Salary & Benefits

Fixed Salary: ₹18,000/month

Travel Expenses: Reimbursed

Incentive: 0.5% commission on sales from customers acquired by you, as long as you are employed with Momorita and managing those accounts.

Requirements

• Experience in FMCG, Frozen Food, Food Distribution, or B2B Sales preferred.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Must own a two-wheeler with a valid driving licence.
• Smartphone required.
• Willing to travel across Bengaluru for field visits.

Performance Expectations

• Visit 8–12 customers daily.
• Generate new distributor and wholesale leads.
• Achieve monthly sales targets.
• Build long-term business relationships and increase repeat sales.
