Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated and result-oriented Field Sales Executive to drive sales by identifying new customers, maintaining existing relationships. The candidate will be responsible for regular field visits, customer meetings, lead generation, and business development.

Key Responsibilities

• Visit prospective and existing customers regularly to generate sales.

• Identify new business opportunities and generate leads through field activities.

• Explain products/services to customers and understand their requirements.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers.

• Follow up on leads, quotations, orders, and payments.

• Negotiate with customers and close sales effectively.

• Maintain accurate records of customer visits, leads, and sales activities.

• Monitor competitor activities and provide market feedback.

• Coordinate with internal teams for order processing and customer support.

• Prepare regular sales and field-visit reports.

Requirements

• Graduate in any discipline.

• 6 months to 1 year of experience in field sales.

• Good communication and interpersonal skills.

• Strong convincing and negotiation abilities.

• Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory.

• Basic knowledge of MS Office / CRM applications.
