### Field Sales Executive – Market & Retail Sales

We are looking for a Field Sales Executive who can visit local markets, retail shops, and distributors to promote and sell our products.

Key Responsibilities:

• Visit retail shops and local markets regularly to generate sales.

• Introduce and explain our products to shopkeepers and retailers.

• Build strong relationships with shop owners and distributors.

• Take orders and follow up for repeat sales.

• Identify new shops and potential customers in the assigned area.

• Achieve monthly sales targets.

• Collect market feedback, competitor information, and customer requirements.

• Maintain regular communication with existing customers and ensure good service.

Requirements:

• Good communication and convincing skills.

• Ability to confidently approach and talk to shopkeepers.

• Fluent in Gujarati and Hindi.

Knowledge of •Marwadi/Rajasthani•• will be an added advantage.

• Previous experience in field sales, FMCG, retail, or distribution will be preferred.

• Must be comfortable with daily market visits.

• Should have a positive attitude and be target-oriented.

• Two-wheeler and valid driving licence preferred.

Ideal Candidate:

Someone who knows the local market, can communicate naturally with Gujarati, Marwadi, and Hindi-speaking shopkeepers, and has the confidence to convert shop visits into actual orders.
