📍Key Responsibilities

• Achieve assigned sales targets within the territory.

• Promote products through scientific detailing to doctors.

• Build and maintain relationships with doctors, chemists, stockists, and distributors.

• Ensure product availability and effective market coverage.

• Execute promotional activities and marketing campaigns.

• Submit DCRs and other sales reports on time.

• Monitor competitor activities and market trends.

• Identify new business opportunities within the assigned territory.

• Organize CMEs, doctor meetings, and promotional events.

• Follow ethical pharmaceutical sales practices at all times.

📍 Eligibility Criteria

✔ 1 Year to 2 years of continuous experience in Pharmaceutical Sales.
✔ General Therapy experience is mandatory.
✔ Maximum Age: 30 Years.
✔ Must be a local candidate for the respective headquarters.
✔ Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
✔ Comfortable working under sales targets and deadlines.
✔ Willing to work in a launching territory and travel extensively.
✔ Quick learner with a positive attitude and growth mindset.
