About the Role

We are looking for a motivated and target-oriented Field Sales Executive to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for generating leads, meeting customers, building strong client relationships, and achieving sales targets across Delhi & NCR.

Key Responsibilities

• Visit customers, retailers, distributors, and businesses across Delhi & NCR.

• Generate new leads and convert them into customers.

• Promote and sell the company's products/services.

• Build and maintain strong customer relationships.

• Conduct market visits to identify new business opportunities.

• Meet daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.

• Submit daily visit reports and sales updates.

• Coordinate with the sales and management team for order processing and customer support.

Requirements

• 1–5 years of Field Sales experience.

• Good communication and negotiation skills.

• Ability to travel across Delhi & NCR.

• Target-driven and self-motivated.

• Basic knowledge of MS Office/Smartphone applications.

• Two-wheeler and valid driving license preferred (if applicable).
