Job Title: Field Sales Intern

Stipend: ₹5,000 to 10,000 per month

Language Requirement: Hindi/ Marathi

Job Summary:

We are looking for a highly energetic and motivated Field Sales Intern to support our sales team. The role involves learning the basics of field sales, generating leads, visiting clients, and promoting our paint products in assigned territories. This internship is ideal for candidates who want practical sales experience and are interested in building a long-term career in the Paint Industry.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in visiting prospective clients to introduce our paint products.

• Support the sales team in identifying and pursuing new business opportunities.

• Learn to build and maintain client relationships.

• Understand customer requirements and suggest suitable products.

• Assist in follow-ups, inquiries, and basic negotiation activities.

• Help prepare daily/weekly sales reports and track market trends.

• Participate in field visits, trade shows, exhibitions, and promotional activities.

• Stay updated with product features and share information with clients.

• Ensure customer satisfaction and communicate any issues to the sales team.

Requirements:

• Freshers, students, or candidates interested in field sales can apply.

• Excellent communication skills in Hindi.

• Confident, energetic, and willing to learn sales techniques.

• Ability to handle rejection positively.

• Basic computer knowledge for maintaining records.

• Willingness to travel within assigned territories.

• Must be comfortable with fieldwork.

• Having a two-wheeler and a valid driver’s license is an added advantage.
