Location: Rohtak, Haryana
Department: Sales | Employment: Full-Time
Working Hours: 9:30 AM – 7:00 PM

1. Field Sales Officer – B2C Residential Sales

Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹35,000 + Incentives

Responsibilities:

• Generate residential solar leads through field visits and door-to-door sales.

• Meet customers and explain solar products, benefits and savings.

• Conduct site visits, follow-ups and convert leads into orders.

• Achieve monthly sales targets.

Requirements:

• Freshers can apply; field/solar sales experience preferred.

• Good communication and convincing skills.

• Two-wheeler and valid driving licence preferred.

• Basic Excel knowledge.

2. Sales Executive – B2B Industrial Sales

Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹35,000 + Incentives

Responsibilities:

• Generate leads from industries, factories and commercial businesses.

• Meet decision-makers and understand their solar requirements.

• Coordinate site visits, quotations and technical discussions.

• Handle follow-ups, negotiations and sales closure.

• Achieve monthly sales targets.

Requirements:

• 2–5 years of B2B/Industrial Sales experience preferred.

• Solar, electrical or industrial sales experience is an advantage.

• Strong communication, negotiation and customer-handling skills.

• Two-wheeler and valid driving licence required.

• Basic Excel knowledge.
