Key Responsibilities
Lead Generation & Prospecting: Proactively find new clients through networking, cold calling, and direct marketing.
Site Visits & Showings: Organize and conduct in-person property viewings, open houses, and client meetings.
Client Relationship Management (CRM): Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective buyers, existing clients, and investors to ensure repeat business.
Negotiation & Closing: Negotiate terms, prices, and contracts to close sales and meet revenue targets.
