Expr :- 1 to 3 Years

Qualification :- Graduation

Languages :- English and Local language

Age :- 35 below

Salary :- 25k to 30k and Incentives + Allowances

Bike and DL is Mandatory

Roles and Responsibilities

Visit customer location or near by federal bank convince and convert leads

assigned by the company to avail Oro’s gold loan products.

● Should have Experience in Gold loan sales,Gold Appraiser,Gold valuation,Kycdocuments also need.

● Ensure fulfillment of customer’s gold loan requirement

● Verify Customer KYC as per the standard process

● Appraise gold ornaments accurately using touchstone, acid and

saltwater

● Possess in-depth app knowledge and conduct demos for

customers

● Ensuring the right valuation like capturing the right carat, proper stone

deduction etc

● Securely handover pouches and loan documents at storage

● Ability to use touchstone and acid method to appraise the gold purity; ability to do

stone deduction; ability to spot brittleness, sonority etc.
