Key Responsibilities:
Handle client inquiries and generate leads through calls, site visits, and follow-ups.
Present, promote, and sell builder floors / real estate projects to prospective customers.
Conduct property site visits with clients and explain features, specifications, and benefits.
Build strong customer relationships and ensure a smooth sales process.
Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to business growth.
Coordinate with the marketing team for promotional activities.
Maintain proper records of leads, prospects, and sales.
Requirements:
Gender: Male (Mandatory)
Experience: 1 to 2 years (with Good communication skills)
Qualification: Minimum 12th pass /Graduate .
Good communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Must be confident, energetic, and target-oriented.
