We are looking for a Field Sales Executive to join our team VK INSURANCE SERVICES LTD. The role requires candidates who are skilled in building customer relationships, following up on leads, and maximizing sales opportunities. Identify prospects and develop sales strategies to drive business growth. The position offers an in-hand salary of ₹ 15,000 - ₹ 30,000 and prospects of growth.

Key Responsibilities

* Visit **non-authorized used car dealers and brand-new bike dealers** to generate insurance business.

* Build and maintain strong relationships with dealers and their sales teams.

* Generate leads, provide quotations, and follow up with customers for policy conversion.

* Coordinate with internal teams for underwriting, payment, documentation, and policy issuance.

* Achieve assigned **monthly sales and premium targets** through effective field sales.

* Identify and onboard new dealers to expand the business network.

* Maintain daily records of dealer visits, leads, conversions, and pending cases.

Job Requirements

The minimum qualification for this role is 12th Pass and 0.5 - 6+ years of experience. Familiarity with different sales techniques is a must. Applicants should also have good communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in computer use and the ability to utilize technology effectively are essential.
