Merchant Acquisition & Onboarding: Identify, prospect, and onboard new retail merchants (shops, restaurants, cafes, etc.) onto payment ecosystem.
Product Demonstration: Explain and demonstrate the features and benefits of companie's products like QR codes, Paytm Soundbox, Android POS machines, and other financial services.
Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with merchants, ensuring high satisfaction and service quality.
Sales Target Achievement: Meet and exceed weekly and monthly sales targets for merchant acquisition and product deployment.
Market Intelligence: Gather feedback from the market regarding competition, customer needs, and product performance. Provide insights to the team lead.
Service & Support: Provide first-level support to merchants, troubleshoot basic issues, and ensure a seamless service experience.
Documentation: Complete the KYC (Know Your Customer) and merchant onboarding process accurately and efficiently.
Education: Minimum 10+2 (Higher Secondary). Graduates are preferred.
Experience: No prior experience required; comprehensive training will be provided. Candidates with field sales experience will be an advantage.
Skills:
Excellent Hindi and local language communication skills. Basic English is a plus.
Strong persuasion and negotiation skills.
Self-motivated, target-oriented, and able to work independently in the field.
Basic smartphone literacy.
Positive attitude and resilience to handle field challenges.
Must Have: A valid two-wheeler driving license and a personal two-wheeler for field travel.
