Field Sales Executive – Lenskart

Job Responsibilities:

• Visit customers at their location and conduct a basic eye test.

• Understand the customer’s requirements and suggest suitable frames based on their preferences.

• Explain product features, pricing, and available options to customers.

• Assist customers throughout the buying process and ensure a good customer experience.

• Achieve assigned sales targets through customer visits and effective product recommendations.

• Maintain regular coordination with the store team and update customer visit details.

Eligibility Criteria:

• Education: 12th Pass or Graduate.

• Age: 18 years and above.

• Two-wheeler: Must have a bike and a valid driving licence.

• Good communication and customer-handling skills.

• Comfortable with field visits and travelling within the assigned area.

• Candidates with sales/customer-handling experience will be preferred; freshers can also be considered.
