Job Description – Field Sales & Marketing Executive

Role Overview

We are looking for an energetic and target-oriented Field Sales & Marketing Executive who can actively promote our EV courses, generate student enquiries and convert leads into admissions.

The role will involve extensive field work, visiting colleges, ITIs, polytechnics, universities and other student locations to create awareness about our EV courses.

Key Responsibilities

Identify suitable locations and coordinate canopy/standee placement and promotional activities.

Plan and execute leaflet/pamphlet distribution at relevant student locations.

Support and participate in college visits, career events, seminars, workshops and student engagement activities.

Visit colleges, universities, ITIs, polytechnics and educational institutions to promote EV courses.

Explain course curriculum, duration, fees, certification and career opportunities to students.

Identify and approach potential students and generate quality leads.

Maintain daily records of field visits, leads, follow-ups and conversions.

Candidate Requirements

Male candidate with a valid motorcycle/two-wheeler and valid driving licence is mandatory.

Experience in field sales, education sales, admission counselling, EdTech, vocational training or FMCG/consumer sales.

Freshers with strong communication and sales aptitude may also be considered.

Good Hindi and basic English communication skills.

Comfortable with extensive field travel and meeting students directly.

Interest in EVs, automobiles, technology or future mobility will be an advantage.
