Field Sales Executive Have to sell the suitable courses to the candidates. Leads can be generated through individual base calling, Visiting in the colleges and interracting with the students, personal sources, etc.

10-12 courses will be the monthly target for an executive. Continuous 3 month achievement will lead field sales executive to BDM with higher level of incentives.
