✨ Key Skills Required:
• FMCG/Wholesale/Retail Sales experience
• Good communication and convincing skills
• Retailer and shop-owner handling
• Strong negotiation and sales skills
• Target-oriented and self-motivated
• Comfortable with daily market visits and travelling
• Basic smartphone/WhatsApp knowledge
📝 Key Responsibilities:
• Visit kirana, pooja samagri and general stores.
• Identify and onboard new retailers.
• Generate new and repeat wholesale orders.
• Explain products, pricing, margins and schemes.
• Achieve monthly sales targets.
• Collect payments and outstanding dues.
• Maintain strong retailer relationships.
• Ensure product availability and visibility at stores.
• Track competitor activities and provide market feedback.
• Maintain daily visit, order and collection records.
