Klinza is seeking a dynamic Field Sales Executive to expand our reach across Delhi. The role involves generating leads, visiting retailers/wholesalers/distributors, representing Klinza products in the field, and meeting sales targets.
Choose one working zone in Delhi: North / South / East / West
Conduct regular field sales visits to retail stores, distributors or wholesale outlets
Introduce and pitch the full range of Klinza products
Generate leads, negotiate, and close sales
Meet or exceed monthly sales and outreach targets
Maintain daily reports: visits, leads, sales achieved
Build and maintain relationships with clients in your region
Provide market feedback and competitive insights to the management
0–3 years of experience in FMCG / field sales (freshers may apply)
Good communication and negotiation skills
Comfortable with field work, travel, and target-driven sales
Familiarity with the assigned region in Delhi
Self-motivated, responsible, and able to work independently
Fixed monthly salary (to be determined)
Performance-based bonus structure:
Completing ~80% of target → base bonus slab
Hitting 100% target → full bonus slab
Surpassing 120% target → higher incentive slab
Travel allowance (if applicable)
