Job Summary: We are looking for a highly motivated and target-driven B2B Sales Executive with proven experience in client acquisition and business development. The role involves expanding the company’s B2B network, driving consistent revenue growth, and building long-term relationships with distributors, retailers, and corporate clients. Key Responsibilities: • Identify, develop, and onboard new B2B clients including distributors, wholesalers, retailers, and institutional buyers • Drive end-to-end sales cycle: lead generation, meetings, product presentations, negotiations, and closure • Manage and grow existing client accounts to ensure repeat business and long-term partnerships • Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets • Develop and execute territory sales plans and market expansion strategies • Conduct field visits, client meetings, and market surveys regularly • Maintain strong follow-ups and ensure timely order closures and collections • Coordinate with internal teams (warehouse, operations, accounts) for smooth order processing and delivery • Track and report sales performance, pipeline, and client feedback • Monitor competitor activities and market trends to identify new opportunities
Requirements: • Minimum 2+ years of B2B sales experience (preferably in FMCG, cosmetics, fragrance, or personal care industry) • Proven track record of achieving sales targets • Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills • Ability to independently handle clients and close deals • Willingness for extensive fieldwork and travel • Basic knowledge of MS Excel / CRM tools • Graduate in any discipline (MBA preferred)
