Role Overview

The Sales Executive will play a vital role in expanding Dkashi Industries’ market presence. This frontline position is ideal for energetic professionals with experience in construction chemicals sales seeking to accelerate their careers in a dynamic, growth-driven environment.

Location: Lucknow

Openings: 5 (Field Sales Executive)

Experience Required: 2–3 years in Sales of Construction Chemicals (Putty, Paints, Adhesives, Waterproofing & Finishing Materials)

Age: 22–27 years

Qualification: Graduate / Postgraduate

Key Responsibilities

· Visit project sites and retail counters to promote company products and services.

· Engage prospective clients, understand their requirements, and secure new business orders.

· Complete Sales Order Forms accurately for every transaction and coordinate the timely dispatch of materials to clients.

· Maintain diligent daily activity reports documenting all sales actions and outreach.

· Monitor payments, ensure recovery within specified credit periods, and support clients throughout the process.

· Good communication skills in Hindi and English.

· Strong presentation skills and a confident, customer-centric approach.

· Effective time management and organization abilities.

· Computer proficiency: skilled in preparing reports, analyzing data, and managing sales documentation.
