We are looking for a Field Sales Executive to join our team at Kamal Buildtech Private Limited. The role requires candidates who are skilled in building customer relationships, following up on leads, and maximizing sales opportunities. Identify prospects and develop sales strategies to drive business growth. The position offers an in-hand salary of ₹22,000 - ₹35,000 and prospects of growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct regular field visits across assigned territories to generate new business leads

• Identify and approach potential buyers, investors, and channel partners proactively

• Build and manage a structured client database with follow-up schedules and interaction logs

• Conduct and coordinate site visits for prospective buyers at project locations

• Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets

• Establish a network of brokers and channel partners in the local market

• Strong verbal and written communication in the local language

• Ability to manage and analyse broker and client data

• Own vehicle preferred for field mobility

• Should have a Bike and a valid driving license.

The minimum qualification for this role is 12th Pass and 2 - 6+ years of experience. Familiarity with different sales techniques is a must. Applicants should also have good communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in computer use and the ability to utilize technology effectively are essential.
