FIELD SALES EXECUTIVE / BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT EXECUTIVE

Salary: ₹17,000 – ₹35,000 per month + Attractive Incentives

ABOUT THE ROLE

K12 Techno Services is looking for energetic and target-driven Field Sales Executives / Business Development Executives to join our growing education-focused sales team across Hyderabad.

This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy fieldwork, meeting people, identifying opportunities, generating leads and converting prospects through strong communication and relationship-building skills.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Conduct daily field visits across assigned locations and hotspots to identify and generate quality leads.

• Visit apartments, residential communities, schools, local establishments and high-footfall areas to create customer engagement.

• Plan and execute apartment events, promotional activities, campaigns and community-level activations.

• Interact with prospective customers, understand their requirements and present relevant offerings.

• Follow up on leads through calls, WhatsApp and in-person meetings to drive conversions.

• Build relationships with apartment associations, community representatives, local partners and other lead sources.

• Achieve daily, weekly and monthly lead generation and conversion targets.

• Maintain accurate field activity, lead and follow-up reports.

• Coordinate with internal teams for smooth execution of events and customer interactions.

• Continuously identify new hotspots, lead-generation channels and business opportunities across Hyderabad.

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Comfortable with extensive field travel across Hyderabad.

• Energetic, self-motivated and target-oriented approach.

• Ability to approach new people and confidently initiate conversations.

• Good negotiation, persuasion and follow-up skills.

• Candidates from Field Sales, Direct Sales, FMCG, Telecom, Insurance, Real Estate, EdTech, Retail or similar target-driven industries are preferred.

• Freshers with strong communication and a willingness to work in the field are also welcome.

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS

₹17,000 – ₹30,000/month based on experience and performance.

Performance Incentives: Approximately ₹1,000 – ₹3,000 per successful sale/conversion, in addition to fixed salary.
