About the Role

We are looking for enthusiastic and target-driven Field Sales Executives (Certified Internet Consultants) to join the Justdial sales team.

The role involves identifying and approaching business owners, generating leads, educating them about Justdial’s digital solutions, converting prospects into customers, and generating revenue by selling online visibility and business listing solutions.

The ideal candidate should be confident, self-motivated, customer-focused, and comfortable working in a field-sales environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Visit businesses and commercial establishments in the assigned area/geography.

• Collect, verify, and update accurate business information on Justdial.com.

• Educate business owners about Justdial and its products/services.

• Generate leads through cold calling, field visits, referrals, and other prospecting activities.

• Build and maintain a strong client pipeline.

• Present Justdial’s offerings and explain their business benefits.

• Convert prospective businesses into paying customers.

• Generate revenue by selling online presence and digital solutions to businesses.

• Encourage clients to download and actively use the Justdial app.

• Maintain strong and long-term relationships with business owners.

• Identify opportunities for up-selling and cross-selling.

• Negotiate effectively and close sales within defined targets.

• Maintain accurate customer and sales information.

• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.

• Provide excellent customer service and ensure a positive client experience.

Candidate Requirements

• Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Proficiency in English, Hindi, and the relevant regional language.

• Strong convincing, negotiation, and sales skills.

• Self-motivated, confident, and target-oriented.

• Customer-centric approach with good relationship-building skills.

• Comfortable with field sales and regular client visits.

• Ability to work independently and manage an assigned territory.

• Willingness to work 6 days a week.

• Ability to perform effectively in a fast-paced and target-driven environment.

• Candidates with prior experience in field sales, B2B sales, direct sales, business development, or customer acquisition will be an added advantage.
