About the Role
We are hiring Field Sales Executives / Certified Internet Consultants to join the Justdial sales team.
The role involves identifying and approaching business owners, generating leads, explaining Justdial's products and digital solutions, acquiring new customers, and achieving assigned sales and revenue targets.
The ideal candidate should be confident, energetic, target-oriented, and comfortable interacting with customers through regular field visits.
Key Responsibilities
Visit businesses, shops, commercial establishments, and potential clients within the assigned territory.
Identify and generate new business leads through field visits, cold calling, referrals, and other prospecting methods.
Approach business owners and understand their business requirements.
Explain Justdial's products, services, and digital solutions to prospective customers.
Educate business owners on the benefits of online visibility and digital business promotion.
Generate customer interest and convert prospects into paying customers.
Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales and revenue targets.
Maintain and develop a strong sales pipeline within the assigned territory.
Build and maintain long-term relationships with business owners and customers.
Promote Justdial's online business listing and visibility solutions.
Encourage customers to download and actively use the Justdial application.
Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.
Negotiate with customers and close sales effectively.
Collect, verify, and update accurate business information.
Maintain accurate customer, lead, and sales records.
Provide appropriate customer support and ensure a positive customer experience.
Manage the assigned territory independently and maximize business opportunities.
Candidate Requirements
Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
Minimum qualification as per company requirements.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Good proficiency in English, Hindi, and the relevant regional language.
Strong convincing and negotiation abilities.
Good sales and customer-handling skills.
Self-motivated, confident, energetic, and target-oriented.
Customer-focused approach with strong relationship-building skills.
Comfortable with regular field visits and meeting customers.
Ability to work independently and manage an assigned territory.
Willingness to work 6 days a week.
Ability to work in a fast-paced and target-driven sales environment.
