Job Title: Field Sales Executive – Used Vehicle Dealer Onboarding
Location: Vapi
Experience: 6 Months to 3 Years (Experience in Automobile or Field Sales)
Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹25,000 / month + Attractive Incentive + Petrol Allowance + Mobile Allowance + Travel Allowance
Job Role & Responsibilities
Visit used car and commercial vehicle dealers across Vapi and nearby local areas.
Onboard new used-vehicle dealers onto the company platform/app.
Pitch platform features, benefits, and listing models to dealers.
Build and maintain long-term relationships with existing dealer networks.
Track daily field visits, leads, and conversions, and submit daily activity reports.
Requirements & Qualifications
Education: Minimum 12th Pass or Any Graduate.
Vehicle: Must own a two-wheeler with a valid Driving License.
Skills: Strong local geographical knowledge of Vapi, good communication skills (Gujarati and Hindi), and negotiation skills.
Prior experience in automobile sales, dealer onboarding, loan/finance sales, or local field sales is required.
