We are seeking a dynamic Institute Representative to promote our education courses across schools, colleges, and universities. The role involves visiting campuses, engaging directly with students, and building strong relationships with institutional stakeholders to drive enrollments. You will identify prospective students, present course offerings effectively, and participate in education fairs, seminars, and promotional events. The position includes implementing marketing strategies, conducting market research, and collaborating with the marketing team to develop campaigns and materials. You will provide accurate course information, address inquiries, and ensure smooth follow-ups throughout the admission process. Tracking sales activities, analyzing data, and preparing performance reports for management are essential responsibilities.
The ideal candidate holds a secondary school degree in Marketing, Business, Education, or a related field, with proven field sales experience—preferably in education. Strong communication, negotiation, CRM, and organizational skills are required, along with a willingness to travel frequently.
