Job Summary
We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Field Sales Executive with experience in industrial sales. The candidate will be responsible for generating new business, maintaining relationships with industrial clients, and achieving sales targets for Safety Products and Corporate Uniforms.
Key Responsibilities
•Generate new business opportunities through field visits and client meetings.
• Develop and manage relationships with industries, factories, manufacturing units, warehouses, logistics companies, and corporate clients.
• Promote and sell Safety Products, PPE, Industrial Safety Equipment, and Corporate Uniforms. • Conduct customer meetings, product demonstrations, and site visits.
• Understand customer requirements and provide suitable product solutions.
• Prepare quotations, negotiate commercial terms, and close sales.
• Follow up on enquiries and convert leads into business.
• Coordinate with internal teams for order processing, delivery, and customer support. • Maintain accurate records of sales activities and submit daily/weekly reports. • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Keep track of market trends, competitor activities, and new business opportunities.
Required Skills
• Strong B2B industrial sales experience.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to build long-term customer relationships.
• Self-motivated with a target-oriented approach.
• Good knowledge of MS Excel, MS Word, and email communication.
• Ability to travel extensively for client meetings.
Eligibility Criteria
Grd tech or diploma with experience in sales preference
