Innoviti is a leading fintech company that provides digital payment solutions and payment
collection apps for merchants.
The Innoviti process involves merchant acquisition, onboarding, activation, and promoting
digital payment tools (like the Innoviti Link Payment Collection App).
About the Role
We are hiring Business Development Executives (BDEs) who will be responsible for merchant
onboarding, field visits, and driving digital payment adoption in the assigned territory.
Key Responsibilities
• Visit merchants in the assigned territory daily.
• Pitch the Innoviti Link Payment Collection App.
• Register and onboard merchants on the platform.
• Provide basic training on app usage and payment collection features.
• Ensure merchant activation and transaction readiness.
• Achieve daily/weekly merchant acquisition targets.
• Maintain strong merchant relationships for continuous usage.
• Provide market insights, competition updates, and field feedback to the team.
• Handle basic queries and support merchants during onboarding.
Requirements:
• 0.5 – 2+ years of field sales experience.
• Strong communication skills with good English.
• Experience in relevant industries (Telecom / EDC / FMCG / Udaan / Fintech) preferred.
• Good local market knowledge.
• Target-driven, self-motivated, and a team player.
• Willingness to travel within the assigned area.
• Bike and Android smartphone are mandatory.
