Infusion Basket Pvt. Ltd. is a growing FMCG food manufacturing company dealing in snacks, namkeen, fryums and spices. We are looking for a Field Sales Executive / Business Development Executive to expand our distributor and retailer network across Madhya Pradesh and nearby markets.

Key Responsibilities:

Visit assigned markets, towns and tehsils regularly.

Identify and appoint new distributors/dealers.

Develop relationships with retailers, wholesalers and distributors.

Generate new orders and achieve monthly sales targets.

Introduce company products and schemes to distributors and retailers.

Conduct market surveys and track competitor products, pricing and activities.

Expand retail outlet coverage and ensure regular product availability.

Follow up with distributors for orders and payments.

Submit daily market visit and sales reports.

Travel to different markets as required.

Requirements:

1–3 years of experience in FMCG/food/beverage sales preferred.

Experience in distributor appointment and market development will be an advantage.

Good communication and negotiation skills.

Willingness to travel extensively in assigned territories.

Own two-wheeler and valid driving licence preferred.

Target-oriented and self-motivated.

Candidates from Indore and nearby areas preferred.
