Job Summary
The Field Sales Executive will be responsible for generating sales, appointing distributors/retailers, managing relationships, and increasing brand visibility for Edyell products across Chennai territory.
Key Responsibilities
Visit retailers, distributors, and wholesalers on a daily basis.
Generate primary and secondary sales in the assigned territory.
Appoint new distributors and retailers to expand market reach.
Achieve monthly sales targets.
Ensure proper product placement and visibility at retail outlets.
Conduct market surveys and competitor analysis.
Maintain strong relationships with existing clients.
Collect payments and follow up on outstanding dues.
Submit daily visit reports and sales reports to management.
Coordinate with the sales manager for strategies and target planning.
Requirements
Minimum 1–3 years of experience in field sales (FMCG / Retail / Consumer Products preferred).
Good knowledge of Chennai local market.
Strong communication and negotiation skills.
Ability to work independently and achieve targets.
Must own a two-wheeler with valid driving license.
Basic knowledge of MS Excel and reporting.
Graduation preferred (not mandatory if candidate has strong sales experience).
