Job Summary
Edyell is looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Field Sales Executive to expand our customer base in Hyderabad. The candidate will be responsible for field visits, lead generation, client acquisition, and achieving sales targets through direct interaction with customers.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct regular field visits to generate new business opportunities.
Identify and approach potential customers, retailers, distributors, or partners.
Present and explain Edyell’s products/services to prospective clients.
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new customers.
Achieve assigned monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Collect market feedback and share insights with the management team.
Maintain daily visit reports and update CRM/sales records.
Follow up on leads and close sales in a timely manner.
Coordinate with internal teams for order processing and customer support.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Minimum 12th pass / Graduate preferred.
1–3 years of experience in field sales (freshers with strong communication skills can apply).
Good communication and negotiation skills.
Ability to work independently and handle field pressure.
Familiarity with Hyderabad local areas and market.
Must own a two-wheeler with a valid driving license.
Basic knowledge of smartphones, WhatsApp, and reporting tools.
Preferred Candidate Profile
Experience in B2B/B2C field sales, FMCG, services, or startups.
Energetic, target-driven, and self-motivated.
Willing to travel extensively within Hyderabad.
