Job Description:
We are looking for a dynamic and motivated Field Sales Executive to join our team. The role involves meeting potential clients, explaining our digital marketing services, and converting leads into successful business deals.
Working Hours:
9:30 AM – 7:00 PM
Key Responsibilities:
• Visit client locations based on the leads provided by the company.
• Explain our digital marketing services and packages to potential clients.
• Convince clients and close deals for digital marketing services.
• Maintain and share daily new business data in the team group.
• Update your current live location in the group during field visits.
• Coordinate regularly with the telesales team for lead follow-ups and updates.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
Requirements:
• Good communication and convincing skills.
• Willingness to travel locally for client meetings.
• Basic knowledge of digital marketing is a plus.
• Ability to achieve sales targets and work in a fast-paced environment.
Additional Benefits:
• The company will provide petrol allowance for field visits.
• Petrol allowance of ₹100 per field day will be provided if the employee achieves sales equal to 3× of their salary value.
