Job Summary:
The Field Sales Executive will be responsible for B2B field sales of portable engineering goods, including identifying potential industrial clients, conducting product demonstrations, closing deals, and maintaining long-term relationships.
This role requires regular client visits, strong technical understanding, and consultative selling ability.
Key Responsibilities
1. Business Development
· Identify and generate new B2B leads in assigned territory.
· Visit factories, industrial plants, workshops, and engineering companies.
· Develop relationships with maintenance heads, plant managers, purchase managers, and technical teams.
· Map key industries and build a strong sales pipeline.
2. Sales & Revenue Growth
· Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
· Present and demonstrate portable engineering equipment at client sites.
· Prepare quotations, negotiate pricing, and close orders.
· Follow up on inquiries and convert prospects into customers.
3. Technical Selling
· Understand client application requirements.
· Recommend suitable portable engineering products based on usage.
· Explain product specifications, features, and ROI benefits.
· Coordinate with technical team for customized solutions (if required).
4. Customer Relationship Management
· Maintain regular follow-ups with existing customers.
· Ensure repeat business and cross-selling opportunities.
· Resolve customer concerns in coordination with service team.
5. Reporting & Documentation
· Maintain daily visit reports.
· Update CRM with leads, follow-ups, and order status.
· Provide market intelligence and competitor updates.

Qualifications: Graduate/MBA/B-Tech with strong industrial B2B sales experience
Experience
· 1–5 years of experience in B2B field sales (Industrial/Engineering products & Services preferred)
· Freshers with strong technical background and confidence may also apply
